SAP assessments start from £70 per property on multiple developments.
SBEM Calcualtions start from £100 per property on multiple devlopments.
For all New Build domestic properties, and most Conversions, Renovations and Extensions you will require a SAP assessment to be done.
It is important you have the assessment carried out before any construction work commences and will be the most cost to you. Should your design fail the initial SAP rating or SBEM Calcualtion, we will advise you of the reason/s, and discuss suitable recommendations to improve the design to pass Building Regulations. Consultations over the first 30 mins are charged extra.
Once the property has been constructed, an additional As Built Assessment must be completed and an EPC produced before you can market the property as complete, and to satisfy Building Control.
How do you get a New Build SAP/SBEM Calculation?
To get your SAP/SBEM Calculation underway please email us with a pdf of the elevations & floor plans, OR post hard copies and we will get back to you with a quote for the SAP within 24 hrs.
