We are an NHER Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) and BRE Licensed for Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments.

About Us.........
 

Energy Saving Expert was formed in 2007 with a specific aim to improve our environment through Energy Assessment of buildings. We are based in the West Country in the beautiful old mill town of Bradford on Avon, just five miles from Bath. Energy Saving Expert is a small, professional, friendly, company with a life-long passion for the protection of our environment.
 
We currently offer:

  • Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments (Mandatory to be rated against the Code from May 1st)
  • Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) 

Soon we shall be offering:
  • Building (Commercial) Energy Performance Certificates
  • On Construction Energy Performance Certificates
  • SAP Assessments
